The following comprises the entirety of MBRIDAL return policy as it applies to all merchandise sold at MBRIDAL:

Section I: Malfunctioning & Damaged items (excluding bridal/wedding gowns)

MBRIDAL shall provide any and all customers either exchange or store credit for any items which has arrived to the customer in either a damaged or malfunctioning condition. The Customer must report any and all malfunctions or damage within 48 hours (2) calendar days of delivery or no store credit, nor shall replacement be available to customer. In the case an item is returned that is found to be not defective, malfunctioning or damaged, MBRIDAL shall return the item(s) to the customer/sender at customers/senders expense. Credit issued for items will be valid for 1 year from date return (RMA) is issued

Section II: Standard Return Policy

MBRIDAL shall provide any and all customers either exchange or store credit for any items purchased excluding bridal/wedding gowns and special-order products. The Customer must submit an RMA request within 48 hours (2) calendar days of delivery or no store credit, nor shall replacement be available to customer. In the case an item is returned without an RMA approval, MBRIDAL shall return the item(s) to the customer/sender at customers/senders expense. Credit issued for items will be valid for 1 year from date return (RMA) is issued

**Note: No credit or exchange or otherwise any form of reimbursement shall be given or offered for any extra options such as but not limited to rush-cut, extra length, preservation kits and the such. Customer understands that the purchases of such extra options was at the customers own risk and will under no circumstances be the responsibility of MBRIDAL to credit, refund or reimburse in any way.

Section III: Return Procedure

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number which can be obtained through contact with customer care, RMA Department (https://mbridal.com/contact-us-and-store-hours). Any and all returns which arrive without an RMA number shall be rejected, and sent back to customer/sender; additionally, MBRIDAL will assess a shipping and handling fee at customers/senders expense.

Section IV: Shipping

Customer is responsible for shipping merchandise back to MBRIDAL and following all MBRIDAL procedures for doing so. Under no circumstances will MBRIDAL be responsible for shipping and handling of any merchandise, under any circumstances.

Section V: Restocking Fees

With merchandise returned to MBRIDAL a restocking fee, which shall not exceed 25% of the cost of the merchandise shall be applied. Restocking fee schedule is as follows:

  • if Item is reported defective and/or damages or if otherwise RMA is requested within 48 hours (2) calendar days of receiving item(s), Restocking fee is 0%
  • if Item is reported defective and/or damages or if otherwise RMA is requested within seven (7) calendar days of receiving item(s), Restocking fee is 20%
  • if Item is reported defective and/or damages or if otherwise RMA is requested within beyond seven (7) calendar days of receiving item(s), Restocking fee is 25%

Section VI: Refused Packages and/or Items Returned Without an RMA

If you return an item to MBRIDAL without first being issued an RMA# and/or the package was refused upon delivery attempt, your purchase will incur a 50% restocking fee and/or be shipped back at customers/senders expense. This fee will be deducted directly from the issuance of store credit.

Section VII: Merchandise not Eligible for Return

Section VIII: Due to the nature of items purchased MBRIDAL assumes no responsibility in variances in your measurements from the time that the original order was placed to the time that your order was/is received. Size inaccuracy due to improper measuring or size fluctuations is not and will not be considered justification for return, exchange and/or refund.

Unfortunately, due to the special nature of this merchandise, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges under any circumstances for Bridal Gowns and/or special-order products, Jewelry, Handbags, Undergarments, Swimwear, Bridal Accessories and Sunglasses are not eligible for return. In addition, Special Order items, Sale items, and items purchased in our Showroom are not eligible for return. Items purchased online may not be returned at our showroom location(s). ALL sales of these items are final and cannot be cancelled at the point after 24 hours of purchase. Any cancellation after 24 hours up to seven (7) calendar day of purchase will have a 20% restocking fee applied. No cancellation will be offered after seven (7) calendar days.
